Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Standard shipping for packages to the Continental US are shipped via DHL eCommerce, with final delivery via USPS.

International Shipping
All orders will ship DHL. Due to customs clearance, we are not able to guarantee delivery timing.

Free & Easy Returns and Exchanges

If you don’t love your Pact clothing, the returns are on us. We accept returns or exchanges that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 60 days of purchase. We offer two easy methods:

1. Drop off at a Happy Return Bar location near you (we’ll find your closest option when you start your return). Box-free, label-free, hassle-free, and contact-free!
OR
2. Print a label at home, package and drop off with FedEx.

Easy Returns

If you don’t love your Pact clothing, we make returns easy. We accept returns that are unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging within 60 days of purchase. To cover the cost of international shipping and restocking, we charge 20 USD for each return.
